The UN wants to make all firearms subject to international law. The Small Arms and Light Weapons Programme of Action will: - Prohibit firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public.
- Prohibit any transfer of firearm ownership.
- Require US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.
